Blood Service in Brief July Edition

◄ Back to Transfusion News

From the Chief Executive

Welcome to our new look!

We've made some changes based on your feedback - from this issue onward, we'll be saving trees and sending you Blood Service in Brief by email only. We've also enhanced the look and feel, and added a feature that allows you to share Blood Service in Brief with others.

This edition, you can read about our pioneering Rh Program which has saved the lives of countless babies since its inception 50 years ago. We’re preparing for the new ISBT 128 Transition Label, helping you to get ready by highlighting some of the changes that will impact on your processes. You can also read about our new, easy-to-use audit tools to help health professionals benchmark their clinical transfusion and patient blood management activities.

If you like to read your news in print, you can still download a printable PDF using the link at the bottom of the email.

We would love to hear your thoughts on our new look so please email us with any feedback. We hope you enjoy this issue!

Kind regards,

Shelly Park
Chief Executive
